Deeds Not Words

This kit is a very special collaboration with the UK House of Commons! I created the 'Deeds Not Words' design for the Votes for Women collection at the Houses of Parliament shop in London. Inspired by the suffrage movement, it features a rosette in the WSPU (Women's Social and Political Union) colours- green for hope, white for purity and purple for loyalty and dignity.

This kit comes with all the materials you need to create your own piece of colourful stitchy art, the only extra equipment required is a pair of scissors.

Included in the kit:

• 6” (15cm) wooden embroidery hoop, made in the UK

• Platinum (light beige) Zweigart aida fabric, 14 count

• DMC embroidery thread

• Green and white felt for finishing and backing (vegan-friendly acrylic)

• Size 24 tapestry needle

• Printed pattern and cross stitch guide

All beautifully packaged in a fully recyclable box.

This Hoops & Crosses kit is suitable for beginners.
